***No COD orders over $50. Custom work
$39/hr.
50% deposit for all custom labor and parts. No
returns on assembled e-bikes. No returns on
custom or modified scooters or bikes. Books
and plans are not refundable items, since they
can
be copied or read prior to returning. 10% re-
stocking fee for all other returns. (customer
is
responsible for return shipping and insurance)
Call for a return authorization number before
returning any product for a refund. No returns
after 5 days from receipt of goods. If your
item(s)
is returned, credit will be issued for the
product(s)
only, not the original shipping charges!
***Orders shipped outside the US are subject to a
$5.00 paperwork processing fee in addition to
the actual shipping charges.
***Tires and tubes are NOT covered by a warranty.
***Controllers, motors, and certain custom equipment
not falling into traditional manufacturer's
warranty
categories may or may not be subject to repair
or replacement charges. If you are purchasing a
product or item that is not covered by a specific
manufacturer's warranty, (such as custom, exper-
imental, or other non-standard item), or, if you
are
building a custom bike, scooter, or other powered
device, it is
YOUR responsibility to ASK about the
warranty. (if any)
***Please don't expect me to replace a motor controller
you accidentally hooked up in reverse polarity.
Don't
operate a 24V motor at 36V and tell me it
"smoked"!
Motors and controllers are covered by
manufacturer's
warranties. If there is no warranty expressed,
there's
none implied.
***I've tried to make a reputation as a fair and honest
person. I believe that my years in the business
of
selling, servicing, and innovating products for
the
personal e-vehicle industry speak for themselves.
I therefore reserve the right to modify any
policy
stated, any price posted, or any description of a
product or service on this site at my discretion.
You, as a customer, will always be given the
widest possible latitude in any dispute!
