Drop Shipping- Effective 1-1-10
-Due to increased administrative
costs and time associated with drop shipping of bicycles, any Rayos
Electric bike or Gomier Electric Tricycle that is not shipped directly
to your dealer location will incur a drop ship fee of $30. Multiple
shipments to the same location at the same time will only incur one
fee. This is a per incident and not a per unit fee. Shipments directly
to the dealer location will not incur these fees.
Warranty- Effective Immediately

engaged in the warranty process when resolving customer issues.

-Warranty parts have been sent
to customers based on symptoms incurred. In many cases the customer
has given incorrect data and the parts sent do not resolve the issue.
Many times the customers do not return the part as they claim they
will. So the following rules for warranty parts will be implemented
immediately.
1) Customer must
complete a warranty card within 30 days. If not, they will have a
90-day warranty and not a 180-day warranty. They must provide proof of
purchase when requesting warranty service.
2) Parts must be
returned by the customer for evaluation before a replacement part will
be sent. If a part is requested beforehand, customer account will be
charged and a credit card authorization will be processed for parts
sent. If the parts are not returned within 10 days, the credit card
will be charged.
3) Any item
returned without a valid RMA will be refused. We need to be able to
track these claims.
